I truly enjoy giving clients the opportunity to rest, rejuvenate & recharge with massage.
With 15 years of experience in massage & therapeutic bodywork, I believe that the human body, mind & emotions are some of our most valuable teachers when it comes to overall health and well-being. With an insatiable curiosity and passion to learn, I finished a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, with an emphasis on Exercise & Wellness (from the University of Texas right here in Austin), over 600 hours of massage therapy, including sports massage, deep tissue, and structural bodywork; 200 hours of yoga teacher training; a certification in TACFIT (tactical fitness/ personal training), and I'm currently finishing a certification from Tony Robbins, as a Strategic Intervention Life Coach.
I haven't always been in Austin, I was actually born in Germany, and moved to Texas with my family in 1996.
Athletes are among my favorite group of people to work with, as they have great body awareness, and an unwavering dedication for increasingly better performances. While my signature massage work is deep, detailed and focused on getting you back in the game, I also enjoy giving a blissfully soothing relaxation massage, providing the space for the client to let go of stress, reconnect and recharge.
My greatest desire and passion is to help individuals feel good in their bodies (and minds), so they can get the most out of their lives!
