  Massage is great for everyone, whether you are working out a few times a week, training for a marathon, or competing in one or more sports.

Particularly this past year, my business has been expanding in this direction & I really enjoy working with athletes because they are some of the most passionate people I have met. They are passionate about their sport & about their body performing at peak level.

Massage can help prevent injuries, as well as help you recover from them.

I have studied Sports Massage, Deep Massage, Pressure Point & Myofascial Release Techniques, which are applicable to:

-hamstring strain-sacro-iliac ligament strain
-shin splints-rotator cuff injuries
-ankle strain-tennis elbow
-plantar fascitis  and many other injuries
