Injury Prevention |

Massage improves circulation which helps to rid the muscle tissue of toxins (such as lactic acid)
that build up during exercise.
Massage loosens muscle tissue, which enables the athlete to perform at maximum range of motion
(ROM), flexibility, speed, and strength.
If desired, stretching can be added to any massage session, to aid with flexibility.
Regular (weekly or bi-monthly) massage sessions will make your therapist aware of subtle changes
in your muscle tissue & help prevent injury. (how?)
